Due to our shipping service requirement for goods to be signed for, it is essential that a reception agent be present during business hours. If not a physical delivery address with someone to sign for the goods should be arranged.

ARE MY GOODS INSURED?

2sickbastards.com has arranged that all goods be insured in transit to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer. Once the goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address the goods are no longer insured.

WHAT IF I AM OUT AND MISS A DELIVERY?

If you miss the delivery more than twice you will be held liable to pay the shipping cost in full again.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A Pre-Order gives you the opportunity to pay and secure an item in advance of the official introduction or launch date. The release date of the product can be found on the product detail page on the site of the product you ordered.

In rare cases packages can get lost in the mail. Don't worry, if your package is really lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING I ORDERED?

Yes, If you are not happy with the product you can send it back within 14 days after receiving your order.
