Returns
If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you will have 14 days in which to do so. Please send all items back in perfect condition, unused and including all tags and packaging.
You will need to include your name, address, phone number and email plus your order date /number (if known) and payment method (credit card / Paypal / cheque). Please also include an explanation as to why you are returning the item.
Refunds/exchanges will not be issued for goods not received or lost in transit (use recorded mail and obtain a proof of posting).
Refunds will be credited to your account 2-3 working days within receiving the returned item. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to be credited to your account. This time-frame is dictated by your bank or creditor, not us.
